Hola, I’m Luigi!

Montón was baked with four main ingredients:

1. A burnt tortilla (yes, really — every good story starts with a kitchen disaster)
2. My lifelong search (and crafting) of my forever-no-need-to-keep-looking chocolate chip cookie
3. An operations class during my MBA paired with my little oven in Mexico City
4. A push from my friends and family
5. And a big desire to share something warm and personal with the people around me.

From there, the mixing began — testing recipes, naming bucket sizes, building a brand, and taste-testing way more cookies than I’ll ever admit.Montón is my reminder that good things take time, a little creativity, and a lot of butter.

Every cookie we bake is a little piece of that journey — crafted to bring people together, spark joy, and remind us that good things are worth waiting for.
